5. Cross-Border Data Transfer & Global Operations

Bineca LLC operates a high-efficiency delivery model leveraging a global talent infrastructure. While our corporate entity and target market are based in the United States, your Content Data (raw footage, brand assets, and briefs) will be securely transferred to, accessed, and processed by our dedicated internal editing and quality assurance (QA) teams located in Indonesia.


By utilizing our Services, you explicitly consent to this cross-border transfer. Our international team operates under rigid Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strict non-disclosure protocols, and access controls to ensure your proprietary assets are handled securely.


6. Data Retention & Storage Policy

Video data requires significant infrastructure overhead. We enforce strict lifecycle management to protect our margins and your privacy:

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active or as required by law.

  • Content Data (Raw Footage & Final Assets): Raw video files and finalized assets are retained on our active servers for exactly 30 days following project completion to allow for necessary revisions. After this 30-day window, raw files are permanently deleted from our servers to manage storage costs.

  • Client Responsibility: Please ensure you maintain your own redundant backups of all raw footage and delivered assets. Bineca LLC is not liable for data loss after the 30-day retention window expires.


7. Security of Your Data

We employ administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information and intellectual property. This includes encryption for all video uploads and restricted, "least-privilege" access to your brand assets. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is entirely infallible.


8. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA & Global Standards)

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California residents under the CCPA), you hold specific operational rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Know/Access: Request a disclosure of the specific personal data we hold and our processing activities.
